Thats right -- this is a free app, with no ads! Saves you bandwidth, battery life, and annoyance. This is possible because the app is supported by its passive app store links, tastefully hidden behind a key on the keyboard.

This is a simple and intuitive unit converter.

It is easy to use. Gets you the information you need with a minimum of fuss.

Units currently included are acceleration, angle, area, density, distance, energy, force (or weight), mass, power, pressure, speed, temperature, time, and volume.

All the conversion is done on a single screen . . . who needs more?

Pros and cons of Ad-Free Unit Converter app for iPhone and iPad

Ad-Free Unit Converter app good for

The only things I would like to have added are drops (volume) and Torque.
This app has a simple UI and contains no ads, so all what you need when you just want to convert one unit into another.
So far Ive liked how convenient it is to do everything in one screen. Definitely saves a lot of time. If more space was provided foe larger numbers and bolder Numbers in the response/answer column, itd be pretty close to perfect.
Does what it says. I really only use the temperature converter though but otherwise, works as it should. Data converter would be a nice addition (KB to MB, etc)
Used to use another app for unit conversions, and loved it. Then they started adding ads, and changed the interface, and I tolerated it because it was still better than the other unit converters out there. Now they added pop-ups after every other conversion, and Ive had enough. Downloaded this, and its almost exactly what I needed. Simple interface, no ads, with most of the conversions the average guy needs on a daily basis. Only thing Id like to see added is a fuel consumption conversion. Eg: litres/100k to MPG, for us Canadian folk.
One deficiency is a lack of Imperial liquid measures for millions of Canadian users. Next update maybe?

Some bad moments

Where is the inches of water, kpa, mpa, mbar, oz/in2, kg/cm2, etc. lots missing
Used to be good but since the update it is unusable on the 4s. I cant see the bottom keys.
Dont use this app. I had to delete it a week after it was installed. Useless
It seems luck it had plenty of units, so maybe the other complaints are old? Plus it says you can create your own. My biggest beef is that it has lots of units, and I paid for the option to remove/disable them but that feature isnt working
As a chef in the US and the UK I really need a gram/ounce converter. Grams to ounces is a pretty common conversion you encounter all over the world so why dont you offer that in your conversion wheel? Ive downloaded two of your apps in the last 24 hours for the first time Mr Jokusch.. The first one, your dice app, doesnt even open so its useless to me as well... Bummer. The only reason this got any stars from me is that it does appear to have working conversions.
The first conversion I needed it for, torr to atm, wasnt available. The converter does not have torr as an option. Disappointing.
